The China Scholarship Council (CSC) manages the program, which provides full financing for international students seeking a master’s degree at Beihang University.
As given by the university, the scholarship offers full financial assistance, protecting tuition payments, housing, medical insurance, and living costs for international students for 12 months.

Qualification Measures
Candidates are required to satisfy the following measures to be qualified for the Youth of Excellence Scheme of China Program:
- Candidates must be nationals of a nation other than the People’s Republic of China, under 45, and in perfect mental and physical health.
- Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or above and three years or more of work experience. People with associated studies or work experience will be preferred.
- Candidates are required to be in one of the following four classifications:
- Applicants with necessary working or training skills in foreign organizations.
- Public officers at the department level or corresponding level or above in the government unit of the host nation.
- Administrative staff in institutions and scientific research institutions.
- Senior management staff in universities and enterprises
- Candidates are required to have gotten the pre-admission letter from Beihang University.
Application Procedure For The Youth Of Excellence Scheme Of China Program
- Candidates must present their pre-admission letter request for the Youth of Excellence Scheme of China Program Chinese Government Scholarship by March 15, 2025.
- Beihang University will review the application documents, and those who pass the first check will be invited to an extensive educational interview.
- After the checks, Beihang University will send eligible candidates a pre-admission letter. When received, candidates can apply online via the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System.
Present The Request To The China Scholarship Council (CSC)
Candidates must go to the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System, fill out the application form, and upload all relevant documents, including the Pre-admission letter, before March 30, 2025.
Choose “Type A” for the scholarship classification, use the agency number `1563, and pick the “Youth of Excellence Scheme of China Program Chinese Government Scholarship” as the requested program.
The university warns that it will not approve any intermediary agency to execute scholarship registration. It stresses that candidates are not required to trust reimbursed services or fake promises from intermediaries.
