How To Apply

Requests for Commonwealth Shared Scholarships for the 2025/2026 educational year are open. The request deadline is Thursday, December 12th, 2024, at 16:00 GMT. The grants are for study in the United Kingdom starting September/October 2025.

Requests to the CSC must be carried out using the CSC’s online application system. The CSC cannot receive any request or documentation not presented through the online application system.

Candidates must complete and present requests immediately, as the online application system will be bustling from the final date.

Candidates are required to apply to study an endorsed Master’s program at a partaking United Kingdom institution.

Candidates can apply for more than one program and to more than one institution; hence, they may only receive one application for a Shared Scholarship. Know that these grants are only for Master’s programs and not undergraduate or PhD research.

Candidates are required to make an application and acquire acceptance for the selected institution program in addition to applying for a shared scholarship. Please review with the institution chosen for their recommendation on time to apply, acceptance conditions, and laws.

Applications will be allocated to the institution that will assign their selected applicants to the CSC in March 2025, ensuring a fair and transparent selection process.
