The German authority has presented an opportunity card for international citizens with identified certifications and skills to remain in Germany and look for jobs without requiring additional documentation of a permanent job agreement.

If the candidate can not obtain another resident title due to job-related reasons but has been offered a beneficial job, the opportunity card can be extended for 24 months.

Germany Opportunity Card Qualification
If you are from a nation outside the EU/EEA or Switzerland and would like to make an application for a German Opportunity Card, there are two alternatives:
Alternative 1: You possess an international vocational or educational certification completely identified in Germany. You can also get your academic degree or vocational certification in Germany.
If you get your academic degree or vocational certification in Germany, you can instantly apply for a residence permit for employment seekers under section 20 of the Residence Act. This provides additional time to check for employment (1 year and six months instead of 12 months), and you can work part-time without limitations during this period.
Alternative 2: You score at least six points in the points system in addition to satisfying the following conditions:
You have concluded a professional or educational internship. The certification must be identified by the nation in which you received it. Furthermore, your professional credentials require a minimum of 24 months of internship. To assist with your visa request, you need to obtain a favorable result for this eligibility, which you can apply for online at the Central Office for Foreign Education.
Suppose you completed Category A professional studies and an internship at a German Chamber of Commerce Overseas that satisfies the conditions of the Professional Training Act. In that case, this certification may also be beneficial.
Points are compensated for aspects such as age, occupational skill, language skill, age identification of eligibilities in Germany, prospect for accompanying wives or spouses, and links to Germany if these requirements are satisfied. Candidates must achieve at least six points to be awarded an opportunity card.
